Resplendent with lyrical Oriental charm, this distinctive handmade table runner will delight your senses. Woven of a silk and rayon blend, the runner features brilliant Chinese calligraphy in gold. Shimmering characters relay a well-known ancient poem "Thinking of Home" from the Tang Dynasty that reads "

The moonlight glistens on the foot of my bed,

Has there already been a frost on the ground?

I lift my head to look at the moon,

I lower my head and think of home. "

The table runner is fully lined in soft satin and accentuated by a  decorative Chinese knot tassel at each end. The table runners are available in your choice of red, yellow or coffee with embroidered gold characters .
