Handcrafted by an artisan in China's Northwest, this exquisite, colorful piece features a Chinese baby in tiger hat holding a tiger toy on the right hand and a tiger toy on the legs.   Chinese people believe that fierce beasts, like tiger, can scare devils away and protect their children . Children's wear with tigers is very popular in China, especially in rural areas.
